This is a great 20-munite video on how to live to be 100. It studies areas of the world where there are high incidences of centenarians to see what they have in common. There are some great tips, but to no surprise, one of them is that they eat a plant based diet. Not that they don't eat meat ( in the Loma Linda case they don't) but they intentionally and by design eat meals that center around vegetables and fruits.
